Create new service
When creating a new service, a name, tag and type need to be specified. If type is Systemd, then it is important to specify the service name. If the type is Other, then optional commands can be specified to manage the service.
Each service , depending on the type, have these configuration properties.
Name: This is the name of the service.
Tag: This is a tag to make it easy to group the services in the overview grid. E.g. Go-IoT Service, LCD, Logging, LoRa, Networking, Other or System.
Description: This is a description of the service.
Type: This is the type of the service. If type is Systemd, then it is need to apply the service name. If type is Other then commands have to be defined to manage the service.
Configuration file: This is a path to a relevant configuration file on the file system.
Log command: This is a command to read a relevant log for the service.
Install command: This is a command to install or upgrade the service.
Service name: If type is Systemd, then the name of the Systemd-service has to be applied. E.g. dingo-lorawan-server.service
Start command: If type is Other, then a command to start the service is entered here.
Stop command: If type is Other, then a command to stop the service is entered here.
Restart command: If type is Other, then a command to restart the service is entered here.
Status command: If type is Other, then a command to show the status of the service is entered here. If the status command returns "(running)", then the service is considered running - all other texts and the service is considered dead.
Enable command: If type is Other, then a command to enable the service is entered here.
Disable command: If type is Other, then a command to disable the service is entered here.
